Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for refund or credit with a receipt. All returns must be approved by management. Please call 781.935.3344 ext.237 to request a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it is an error by Catherine Hinds Company. All products and equipment sold by Catherine Hinds Company are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. All sales are final on books, special orders, customized orders, bulk orders and equipment.
Professional Pricing is open to licensed professionals only. All professional license numbers will be verified by the proper state board. Expedite the verification process and fax us your professional license: Attention Purchasing (781) 932.6215 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will not process/charge your credit card or ship your order if we cannot verify your professional license number.
If you have created a new account and have placed an order please expect 2-4 days for us to verify your professional license number and prepare your shipment.
All Massachusetts sales orders are taxable unless a sales tax resale certificate (Form ST-4) is provided. To request a Form ST-4, speak to our customer service representative. Please be reminded that all professional items and equipment are taxable.
There is a $25.00 fee on any returned check. This fee is in addition to the original check amount.
All orders are shipped UPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. There is no UPS Ground delivery to Hawaii and Alaska; orders must be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. No international orders are accepted at this time.
